Article 1 - Purpose
CONSTELLACOM, located at 229 Route de Seysses - 31100 Toulouse and registered in the Toulouse Trade and Companies Register under number 501 660 237 (“we/us”) publishes the present Internet site accessible at the following address: www.printoclock.com (the “Site”).
The purpose of these general conditions of use (the “General Conditions of Use”) is to determine the conditions of access and the rules for use of the Site and associated services by any person who visits one or more pages of the Site to consult the information available free of charge and/or to benefit from any service deployed from the Site (the “User(s)” or “You”).
Access, consultation and use of the Site and associated services are subject to the User's full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Use.
Article 2 - Modification of content
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. The date of the last update appears at the end of the Terms of Use. However, we invite you to regularly review these Terms of Use and any changes that may be made when using the Site.
In the event that one or more stipulations of these General Terms and Conditions of Use should be or become null and void, in whole or in part, as a result of a change in legislation or regulations or by a court decision, the validity of the other stipulations shall not be affected.
Article 3 - Site accessibility
The Site is accessible from a computer, tablet or smartphone connected to a telecommunications network according to the communication protocols used on the Internet network.
The Site is normally accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for all Users. However, we cannot be held responsible for discontinuities in the Site and its services, whether voluntary or involuntary.

Article 4 - Internet usage rules

Article 5 - Personal account - Suspension and deletion of personal account
5.1. In order to make purchases on the Site, the User is required to create a personal account by providing a number of personal details, including e-mail address, password, telephone number, first name and surname.
The creation by the User of a personal account implies knowledge and acceptance, without reservation, by the User of the present General Conditions of Use as well as the Personal Data Protection Charter.
Any use of a password gives rise to an irrefutable presumption of use by the person to whom it belongs.
Each User is solely responsible for use of the services under his or her password until such time as he or she requests a change of password. Each User is therefore responsible for the confidentiality of the password attached to his/her personal account. Consequently, we cannot be held liable for any fraudulent use of the password that has not been reported by the User.
5.2. We reserve the right to suspend and/or delete the User's personal account and/or restrict his/her use of all or part of the Site, at any time, in the event of breach(s) by the User, and in particular in the event of non-compliance with these General Terms of Use.
Article 6 - Intellectual property - Hypertext links
We hold and retain all property rights, in particular intellectual property rights, to the Site and the elements it contains.
Consequently, the User agrees not to infringe any intellectual property rights (copyright, neighboring rights, sui generis rights of database producers, trademark rights, domain names, etc.) belonging to us and/or to any third party. Failing amicable agreement, any dispute relating to the validity, interpretation or performance of these Terms of Use shall be brought before the competent French courts.
